Cryosurgery for TTS is currently not available in the UK but is available in the US. Peter Wilkinson (Sales Manager) at Cryogenic has provided me with these first set of photos. They remain the property of Cryogenic and Dr Goldstein and use of these photos requires permission from both Cryogenic and Dr Goldstein. Extract from an email sent to me from Dr Goldstein who performed the operation. ‘…These photos are of a patient that had unsuccessful open TTS by a respected New Jersey foot and ankle orthopaedist. Unfortunately for the patient it was unsuccessful. I performed Cryosurgery on him and he is 75%-85% better. The pain is gone.
